As is normally the case, the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns are drawing extremely well for their respective home games at "Tigue" Moore Field at Russo Park.

Louisiana currently ranks 8th in the nation in the latest overall college baseball attendance figures.

What's even more impressive; the Cajuns continue to draw fans, despite being 7 games under the .500 mark.

Entering the week, UL was 20-27 on the season, including an 13-15 home record, having drawn 131,127 fans through 28 home games, for an average of 4,683 fans per home contest.

That average figure ranks 8th in the country in college baseball, and tops in the Sun Belt Conference.

LSU, who is averaging 10,523 fans every home game, ranks number one in the country, followed by Ole Miss, who averages 8,925.

Mississippi St. ranks third on the list, averaging 8,395 fans, with Arkansas checking in fourth, averaging 8,120.

Rounding out the top five is South Carolina, with an average attendance figure of 6,162 per home game.
