Another player from the LSU Tigers' roster has been invited to play in the Senior Bowl.

Cornerback Tre'Davious White accepted an invitation on Wednesday, becoming the fourth LSU player to do so.

The 6-foot, 197-pound White will join center Ethan Pocic, linebacker Duke Riley and wide receiver Travin Dural at the event.

Linebacker Kendell Beckwith was extended an invitation to the event but won't be able to participate as he recovers from ACL surgery.

The Senior Bowl will take place Jan. 28 in Mobile, Ala.

A native of Shreveport, White accumulated had 35 tackles and two interceptions during his senior campaign, while being named a finalist for the Jim Thorpe Award, given annually to the top defensive back in the country.

White was a second team All-SEC selection last season.

White is projected by many, at this time, to be a second round pick in the 2017 NFL Draft.
