The "Baldwin" is Up For Grabs - From the Fantasy Bird's Nest

Well, last night here at Townsquare Media our annual Fantasy Football Draft was held. Ten of us, all currently or formerly employed by Townsquare gathered last night. I provided the pizza as the current holder of "The Baldwin," given annually to the person who finishes dead last in the league.

After the former Cajuns' head football coach was fired after the 2001 season, former co-host of the morning show on 97.3 The Dawg and former UL PA announcer T. D. Smith found Baldwin's name plaque...in a garbage can. He brought it back to the office...

And the "Baldwin" was born.

The recipient has his name permanently engraved....well...actually....written on a piece of duct tape, to commemorate his "accomplishment." And, he has to buy the pizza at the following draft.

Since the "Baldwin" was established, four different people (two of whom no longer participate) have won the award twice. That's pretty impressive, don'tcha think?
