Who is the best football player in the Sun Belt Conference entering the 2018 season?

Jim Johnson of SouthernPigskin.com lists Georgia St. receiver Perry Hart as his top pick, among his listing of the top 100 players in the league.

That's not a bad pick, as Hart caught 74 passes for 1,121 yards and 8 touchdowns last season.

A junior, Hart played in only two games in 2016, after suffering a broken foot, after accumulating 72 receptions for 1,109 and 8 touchdowns as a freshman back in 2015.

Junior offensive lineman Kevin Dotson is the highest ranked Louisiana Ragin' Cajun on the list, at #11, with 9 of his teammates also making the top 100 list.
