Nearly 100 years ago, Texas A&M students branded Bevo, the orange-tinted longhorn and live mascot for the University of Texas. The branding read "13-0." That was score of the previous season's game when A&M beat the Longhorns. But wait, it doesn't end there. Four years later, in 1920, Bevo was then barbequed (keeping Bevo in wartime was too expensive) by Texas officials for a banquet with the Aggies, and the "13-0" hide was served to the Aggie football team. Honestly, you can't make this stuff up.
