Tigers Look to Clinch SEC Title in Columbia

The top ranked LSU Tigers will try to win both the SEC West and the #1 overall seed for the conference tournament when they travel to take on South Carolina in a three game series in Columbia.

The series is Thursday-Saturday, with the Thursday and Saturday games carried by the SEC Network.  Friday's game is on ESPNU.  Game one will be played at 6pm, with the other two games scheduled for 7pm.

LSU (44-8, 19-7) is currently 1.5 games ahead of East leader Vanderbilt and two games in front of Texas A&M in the Western Division.  A series win would give the Tigers the #1 seed for the league tournament.  South Carolina comes into the series with a 31-22 record.  They are 12-15 in league play.
