LSU head football coach Les Miles has been criticized by many for his decision to keep running back Jeremy Hill after his second arrest and allowing his players to decide whether to allow Hill to rejoin the Tigers.

You can add TCU's Gary Patterson to the list.

Patterson suggested if LSU was opening against a weak opponent, the players wouldn't get to vote on Hill's fate.

Miles hasn't ruled out suspending Hill for one or more games.

Patterson has already suspended defensive end Devonte Fields for the first two games of the season after violation of team rules in the spring.  Patterson says there's no way he would let his team vote on it.

The Tigers and Horned Frogs meet at Cowboys' Stadium in the season opener August 31st.
