Tanarious Achan Commits To UL Football

The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns have received a commitment from a former local high school football standout, who is currently in the junior college ranks.

Tanarious Achan, a receiver who attended Comeaux High School, gave a verbal pledge to Louisiana on Wednesday night.

Currently at Iowa Central Community College, Achan played at Riverside City College (California) in 2018, where he caught 32 passes for 502 yards and 6 touchdowns.

The 5-foot-9, 160-pound Achan, who was also reportedly by Utah St., is scheduled to be eligible for Division I football in 2020.

UL offered Achan back in May.
