New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton can sleep well tonight. As a man who emphatically did not want his team to appear on HBO's Hard Knocks, he slips away from the show for another year.

Hard Knocks is a documentary 5 episode show that follows an NFL team through training camp and preseason, up until the final roster cut to 53 players.

HBO announced today the show will feature the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

“I said this once at the start of my career, I’ll never be videotaped releasing a player,” said Payton at his end of his 2015 season press conference. “I don’t find it appropriate.”

Players attempting to make the roster before ultimately being cut is a major part of the series. HBO tells a personal story of a player and their quest to make it in the NFL, as well as covering star players, training camp antics, and a behind the scenes look at training camp and preseason.
