Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns rebounded from their loss a week ago with a dominating win on the road against Middle Tennessee Saturday night by the score of 45-20. The Cajuns conquered the Blue Raiders from start to finish, especially in the run game. Freshmen Alonzo Harris finished with 189 yards on the ground and 2 scores. As a team, Louisiana finished with 338 yards rushing, and an average of 6.3 per carry.

Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns won their sixth straight game today, defeating Sun Belt foe North Texas by the score of 30-10. The Cajuns 6-1 record is the best start for a team in the history of the Sun Belt conference. The win also makes the Cajun bowl eligible after only 7 weeks. Blaine Gautier threw 4 touchdown passes on 14-20 for 238 yards. Tight End LaDarius Green reeled in 2 of those scores.

The Cajuns keep winning, and the individual awards keep rolling in. Senior linebacker Lance Kelley and kicker/punter Brett Baer have been named defensive and special teams players, respectively, by the Sun Belt Conference.
