A suspended LSU football player is facing more legal trouble.


The 6-foot-4, 220-pound Davis was was arrested on August 17, on a second-degree battery charge, for attacking the same victim.

Following that arrest in August, Davis was suspended indefinitely by the team.

According to police reports, Davis, a junior, is alleged to have committed battery on his girlfriend on multiple occasions in April, June, and August.

The latest arrest report states that the victim accused Davis of attacking her during an argument on August 26.

A junior, Davis played in all 13 games for LSU catching three passes for 134 yards and two touchdowns, including an 87-yard score against Syracuse.
