A first-team All-Sun Belt Conference selection is among the more than 250 NCAA softball players from around the country who have entered their names into the transfer portal.

South Alabama outfielder Brittani Reid, the Jaguars' leading hitter this past season, has entered her name into the transfer portal, and likely won't return in 2020.

A native of Kansas City, Missouri, Reid hit .375, which ranked 6th in the league in 2019, to go along with 7 home runs and 29 runs batted in, garnering first-team All-Sun Belt Conference accolades.

A three-year letter-winner at South Alabama, Reid has one season of eligibility remaining.

Reid, who played with her sister, Alexis, at South Alabama over the last two seaaons, hit .296 as a sophomore in 2018.
