Chris' Poboys, with three locations across Lafayette, has been serving the Acadiana area since 1978 with delicious poboys, salads, chicken and sausage gumbo and delicious seafood.

As part of Eat Lafayette (learn more here), I get the pleasure to highlight a few of the Eat Lafayette participating restaurants, highlighting some of their specials as part of the event.

I've eaten food at Chris' poboys as long as I can remember. The fact that I got to chow down on the Eat Lafayette special, limited time BBQ pulled pork poboy is pretty good work if you can get it.
