Samsung has come out with a foldable phone that comes at a price: $1,869, to be exact.

According to the description on the Bonanza website:

The world’s first commercial foldable smartphone, a combination of mobile phone and tablet, with Royole’s 2nd generation, ultrathin, Cicada Wing fully flexible display. Disrupting the concept of a traditional smartphone, the unit can be used either folded or unfolded, giving it the portability of a smartphone plus the screen size of a high-definition tablet. - Bonanza.com

The website boasts "no more broken screens" because this screen is foldable. From 0-180 degrees. That. Blows. My. Mind.

Now, here's the question: would you be willing to spend that kind of money on this new technology? What do you perceive to be the advantage of having a foldable screen?
