Saints Work Out Marcus Simms

Could the New Orleans Saints be eyeing someone in the upcoming NFL Supplemental Draft, which is set for later this month?

The team worked out former West Virginia receiver Marcus Simms on Monday.

The 6-foot, 195-pound Simms also worked out for the Jaguars, Seahawks, Colts, Jets, Redskins, Chiefs, Browns, Eagles, Lions, Packers, 49ers, Vikings, Ravens, Raiders, and Falcons.

Simms compiled 87 career receptions for 1,457 yards and eight touchdowns at West Virginia.

No exact date has yet to be set for the NFL Supplemental Draft, but it will be held later this month.
