New Orleans Saints running back C.J. Spiller is questionable for Sunday's home game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, putting his status at 50-50.

Spiller is hoping to make his Saints debut Sunday, but said earlier this week it wasn't up to him whether or not he could suit up.

While Spiller (knee) is questionable, safety Jairus Byrd (knee), linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (toe) and cornerback Keenan Lewis (hip) are listed as OUT.

Much like the Saints, Tampa Bay's injury report doesn't offer any surprises. Bucs ruled Defensive end T.J. Fatinikun (shoulder) and safety Major Wright (abdomen) are OUT, while wide receiver Mike Evans (hamstring) cornerback Mike Jenkins (hamstring), linebacker Danny Lansanah (ankle) and linebacker Bruce Carter (ribs) are questionable.

New Orleans (0-1) and Tampa Bay (0-1) are both looking to even their record in this early season NFC South showdown. Kickoff from the Mercedes Benz Superdome on Sunday is set for noon.
