The New Orleans Saints will go into the bye week at 7-3, sitting atop the NFC South after their overtime victory on the road against their arch rivals, the Atlanta Falcons.  Saints kicker John Kasay nailed a 26 yard FG in sudden death. A short field was set-up for the offense after Atlanta elected to go for in on 4th and inches and werer stuffed by the New Orleans defense.

Marques Colston had a big day, leading the Saints offense with 8 catches, 113 yards, and some critical grabs to convert on third down.

Roman Harper led all tacklers in the game with 13. The Saints strong safety also had a sack, 2 QB hits, 1 pass defensed, and 2 tackles for loss.

New Orleans will have their open date next week, then host the New York Giants on Monday Night Football November 28th.
