The New Orleans Saints have added their second free agent wide receiver in as many days, Thursday they've added a veteran guy in Rishard Matthews who impressed at his tryout in Saints minicamp.

In a corresponding move, the team waived former Breaux Bridge and LSU wide receiver Travin Dural.

Matthews had a down year last year playing in only eight games total between the Tennessee Titans and the New York Jets. In his career, he's caught 230 balls for 3,160 yards while scoring 21 touchdowns. His best season came in 2016 when he caught 65 passes for 945 yards with nine touchdowns. He's 29 years old but will turn 30 in October.

As far as Dural goes, he never saw the field for New Orleans and hopefully, he'll get an opportunity elsewhere.
