The New Orleans Saints have added a Louisiana-native to their roster.

The team signed veteran offensive tackle Chris Clark on Monday.

A native of New Orleans, Clark played his college football at Southern Miss, before signing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent, following the 2007 NFL Draft.

The 6-foot-5, 305-pound Clark made his NFL debut with Denver in 2010, before going on to play five seasons for the Broncos, appearing in 69 games, including 27 as a starter.

From 2015-2017, Clark spent three seasons with the Houston Texans, appearing in 37 games, including 26 starts.

Last season, Clark played for the Carolina Panthers, Clark started 13 games, while appearing in 15 for the Carolina Panthers.

In parts of 9 NFL seasons, the 33-year old Clark has appeared in 121 games, including 66 as a starter.
