The New Orleans Saints reached a 1 year, $540,000 deal with wide receiver Adrian Arrington. The move was expected, as Arrington was an exclusive rights free agent (less than 3 accredited seasons of play).

Buried on the depth chart, Arrington was inactive for 12 regular season games in 2011. He finished with 2 catches in 4 games played. He did play in the postseason as a replacement for the injured Lance Moore, making a catch in both games.

New Orleans Long snapper Justin Drescher, also an exclusive rights free agents, will remain with the Saints after agreeing to a deal identicial to Arrington's.
