Saints Re-Sign Michael Ola
The New Orleans Saints are bringing back a familiar face.
The 30-year old Ola, who was on the Saints' opening-week roster, was released on September 12, prior to to being re-signed in October.
Ola went on to appear in seven games for the Saints last season, including one start, before being place on injured reserve in December with a season-ending ankle injury.
The 6-foot-5, 312-pound Ola played in two games for the Los Angeles Chargers in 2017, after playing in 6 games for the Buffalo Bills in 2016.
A native of Riverdale, Georgia, Ola has appeared in 39 career games, including 20 as a starter, over parts of 5 seasons in the NFL.
