The New Orleans Saints picked up their tenth straight win on Thanksgiving when they dismantled the Atlanta Falcons in the dome and for the second time this season.

Last week the Saints ranked as the top team in the NFL and with the win against the team who blew a 25 point lead in the Super Bowl that didn't change this week in the latest ESPN NFL Power Rankings.

The Top Five is as so:

  1. New Orleans Saints (10-1) Steady at 1
  2. Los Angeles Rams (10-1) Up one from 3
  3. Kansas City Chiefs (9-2) Down one from 2
  4. New England Patriots (8-3) Up one from 5
  5. Los Angeles Chargers (8-3) Up two from 6

A couple teams who made big moves were the Green Bay Packers as they slid four spots down the rankings from 12th to 16th after a poor performance at Minnesota in which they endured a bevy of injuries. Also, the Cincinnati Bengals who lost Andy Dalton for the season got blown out by the Cleveland Browns at home Sunday and they fell from 19th to 22nd in the rankings.

The Saints continue their tough stretch of opponents this week as they travel to Big D to take on the Cowboys in Jerry World. The Cowboys are in the lead of a bad NFC East division at 6-5, ranked 14th in the rankings, and are coming off a win Thanksgiving afternoon against the Washington Redskins.
