Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III will head to Florida Tuesday to have more tests run on his knee, injured in the 'Skins loss to Seattle Sunday in the NFL Wild Card round.

Coach Mike Shanahan said today tests run on the knee were interpreted differently by those who read it, in part because of a previous injury to the knee.

However, the Washington Post is reporting Griffin has suffered partial tears to his ACL and LCL.

Griffin will see renowned orthopedist Dr. James Andrews for a second opinion.

Shanahan admitted the injury could be serious and could carry all the way into the 2013 season.
