New Orleans Saints defensive end Cameron Jordan is being investigated for an alleged incident at a New Orleans nightclub, according to Katie Moore of WWLTV.com.

According to Moore's sources, Jordan allegedly patted a woman he knew on the buttocks at the Republic Nightclub.

The women was reportedly with her boyfriend, who had a "minor scuffle" with Jordan in the bathroom before the two worked it out.

However, later in the evening, Jordan accidentally sprayed champagne on the couple, who then filed charges with the New Orleans Police Department at 4:00am, Sunday morning.

Moore, through sources, reports Jordan has been 100% cooperative with authorities regarding the entire situation.

While no arrest warrant or charges have been filed, but if the investigation leads to that, Jordan could potentially be charged with misdemeanor sexual battery or disturbing the peace.

Drafted in the first round out of Cal in 2011 by the Saints, Jordan made the Pro Bowl in 2013 after a breakout year. He signed a $60 million extension with the club in June.
