We all know Drew Brees is one of the best leaders and hardest workers in NFL history. He's always put in the time, the effort and the preparation to be great but we rarely get to see what exactly it is that sets him apart...

This weekend his former teammate Reggie Bush was in town and apparently was doing a little spying on his former QB as he caught him at the indoor practice facility all by himself.

As they say, "Character is who you are when no one is watching."

Have you ever wondered what it looks like to be great? A lot of people say they want to be great but aren't willing to put in the extra time and effort it takes to get there, clearly that's not Drew Brees, he's 40 years old and still getting it done.

That is what it looks like to be great.
