Ready For a Christmas Road Trip? Visit Santa’s Wonderland in College Station, Texas

We are in the thick of the holiday season and no doubt many families are looking to enjoy as many Christmasy things as they can.

If you're out of ideas or have enjoyed everything there is locally, perhaps a road trip is in order.

One fun place that I've heard amazing things about is Santa's Wonderland in College Station, Texas. What is it exactly?

It's simply the biggest Christmas attraction in the state of Texas! Santa's Wonderland is composed of Santa's Town, a nostalgic Texas Christmas Village, along with the headlining attraction, the magnificent Trail of Lights.

There are two different ways to experience the trail of over three million lights -- by taking Santa's Hayride Tour or the VIP Horse & Carriage Tour.

In addition to the lights, you and the family will have plenty of other things to do. Each night Texas Santa makes his grand entry shortly after opening. There's also live musical entertainment, cozy campfires, a kids' train, a giant outdoor movie screen, and even snow!

Pricing varies depending on which experience you choose. Make sure to decide which option you want before you go because reservations are suggested for some of the attractions.

Santa's Wonderland is open seven days a week from November 8 through December 30, 2019.
