The Louisiana Ragin' Cajun football team welcomed a big name in the college football world to Cajun Field in 1990.

Louisiana (then known as Southwestern Louisiana) played host to the Alabama Crimson Tide on October 6 of 1990.

Alabama won, 25-6, in front of an overflow crowd of 36,133.

The game, which was aired on pay-per-view, had some video issues early, but clears up after the first quarter.
