This is video of the Big Ten game last Saturday between the Michigan Wolverines and the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Michigan was trailing Iowa, 24-16, with 12 seconds remaining, when Wolverine quarterback Denard Robinson throws an apparent touchdown pass to Junior Hemingway, that would have made the score 24-22, with a two-point conversion to follow that could have possibly tied up the game.

The officials ruled the pass incomplete however, saying Hemingway was out of bounds.

Replay officials couldn't find enough evidence to overturn the call, and after Michigan failed to score one play later, Iowas escaped with a 24-16 win.

Personally, I think it's a touchdown.

Hemingway had one foot down, and the rule states that the ball can touch the ground, as long as it doesn't move.

Besides, there was obvious pass interference on that play as well.
