Pierre Thomas Gains National Attention

 New Orleans Saints fans all know how good running back Pierre Thomas truly is. The hard working, "jack of all trades" tailback fought his way onto the roster as an undrafted free agent out of Illinois in 2007. In Saturday night's win over the Detroit Lions, the rest of the Country learned why Thomas is, was, and always will be, a fan favorite.

"That was just vintage Pierre Thomas," explained Saints All-Pro Guard Carl Nicks after the win on Saturday. "I couldn't believe that guy stayed up. I mean, that guy's an animal right?"
