Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp

It's hard to argue with Kemp, who, as of Wednesday, was tied for the league-lead in both homers, and rbi's, while hitting a .320, and stealing 14 bases. Kemp is finally putting all of his tools together.

Jair Jurrjens, and Kyle Lohse certainly deserved consideration for the Cy, but Halladay has eight wins, which leads the league, with a 2.56 era. He also leads the league in innings pitched. That's good enough for me.
