Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun shortstop Nerissa Myers has had an illustrious career. Last year's first-team All Sun Belt Conference performer  was also named a third-team All-American.

Earlier this season, she injured her ankle when she ran into a pot hole outside the practice facility. Upon her return, the Cajun reeled off 20+ wins in a row. Despite all the personal success, Myers has bigger goals in mind as her team prepares for the Ann Arbor Super Regional.

We caught up with the Senior shortstop to talk about her career, overcoming injuries, the Michigan Wolverines, and the sisterhood of the Ragin' Cajun softball team.

Listen to our exclusive one-on-one conversation with the Senior shortstop.
