For some time now, Ole Miss has known they would have to appear before the Committee on Infractions to answer the 21 allegations against the Ole Miss football program.

Now, they know when they'll be facing the music.

The Oxford Eagle is reporting the hearing will be held in Covington, Kentucky on September 11th at 7:30 am.

The committee requested attendance from six Ole Miss officials, including two assistant coaches.  Former head coach Hugh Freeze is not being forced to appear, but the report states Freeze plans to attend.

Fifteen of the 21 allegations are Level I violations, which are the most serious. Ole Miss is contesting several of the allegations, including a lack of institutional control, cash payouts by boosters and a failure to monitor on the part of Freeze.
