Opelousas Catholic High School standout Keon Coleman, arguably the top two-sport star in the area, has received his first college football scholarship offer, from a Sun Belt Conference rival of the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns.

A receiver/safety, Coleman was recently offered by the South Alabama Jaguars.

A 6-foot-4 guard in basketball, Coleman has also reportedly received offers from UNO, Coastal Carolina, Nicholls St., and McNeese, while receiving interest from many others, including Louisiana.

On the football side, Coleman has been looked at closely by Tulane, Northwestern State, Nicholls State, Southeastern, & UNO, who have all shown serious interest, as well as UL.

Coleman will begin his junior year in the fall and is scheduled to graduate in 2021.

Currently a junior, Coleman is scheduled to graduate in 2021.
