We all knew Nick Lee would be a good one.  As a freshman, he proved it.

Lee was named the Sun Belt Conference Freshman of the Year in a vote of the league's coaches at pre-tournament festivities at Bobcat Ballpark in San Marcos, TX.

Lee was 6-1 with a 3.24 ERA.  He tied for the team lead in wins and was second on the team in ERA.

Three Ragin' Cajuns were named to the Sun Belt First Team All-Conference.   Starting pitcher Gunner Leger, who was 6-3 on the year and leads the Sun Belt with a 2.09 ERA in 14 starts. Leger also ranks second in the Sun Belt in opponents batting average (.212), fifth in wins, seventh in innings pitched (81.2) and ninth in strikeouts (67).

Dylan Moore was named the first team as a relief specialist.  On the season, Moore has a 1.03 ERA in 22 appearances with a 6-1 record. Moore has struck out 52 in 43.2 innings of work.

Kyle Clement was the final player named to the first team.  He ranks fourth in the league in hitting with a .366 average.  He's fifth in the league in on-base percentage and tenth in slugging.

Ryan Scott of LIttle Rock was named Player of the Year, while South Alabama's Kevin Hill won the Pitcher of the Year title for the second straight year..  Little Rock's Chris Curry, who led the Trojans to the most league wins (17) in school history, was the Ron Maestri Coach of the Year.
