With the 2011 NFL season halfway in the books, which players have stood out at the highest level of their position?

It's hard to argue that anyone other than Aaron Rodgers is playing better at the quarterback position. How about tight end? According to Jason Cole of Yahoo! sports, it's a no-brainer.

TE Jimmy Graham, New Orleans – Here’s the scary part to consider about Graham, who in his second season in the NFL is on pace for 99 catches, 1,400 yards and 10 touchdowns: This is only Graham’s third year of organized football. Graham didn’t play in high school and played at the University of Miami for one season after his eligibility in basketball ran out. That’s just part of what is an amazing story of overcoming obstacles.

Cole isn't telling Saints fans anything they don't know about Graham, but it's good to see Jimmy getting his due among the national writers.
