The field of 68 teams is set for the 2017 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament.

The brackets were released on Sunday, with defending national champion Villanova drawing the #1 overall seed for the third time in school history.

Villanova, who defeated North Carolina, 77-74, in the title game last year, is the top seed in the East Regional.

Joining the Wildcats as top seeds are Kansas (Midwest), Gonzaga (West), and North Carolina (South).

The Troy Trojans, who won the Sun Belt Conference Tournament, is the #15 seed in the East Regional, and will play 2nd-seeded Duke on Friday.

The UNO Privateers, the lone team in the tournament representing the state of Louisiana, will play Mt. Saint Mary's in an opening round game on Tuesday evening, with the winner advancing to take on Villanova.

The Kentucky Wildcats, the #2-seed in the South Regional, are the highest seeded SEC team in the tournament.

I've already begun filling out my bracket, as I'm picking Duke (East), Kansas (Midwest), Arizona (West), and North Carolina (South) to make it to the Final Four.
