Now that the NBA lockout has reportedly ended, it's time to start looking at how it effects the New Orleans Hornets. While it won't completely prevent big-market teams from buying superstars, it makes it more difficult. It also makes it easier for a small-market team (like the Hornets) to compete on and off the court.
