NBA Draft Lottery Results, Cavs Strike Gold While Pelicans Pick 6th
For the second time in 3 years, the Cleveland Cavaliers own the number one overall pick in the NBA draft.
Monty Williams represented the New Orleans Pelicans at the NBA lottery, hoping to strike gold for the second straight year. Luck was with Cleveland, but the Pelicans do own the 6th overall pick in the 2013 draft.
The Orlando Magic went into Tuesday night's lottery with the best odds to land the number one pick. They will pick second, while the Washington Wizards landed in the top 3, picking 3rd.
