The Philadelphia Phillies have the best record in the major leagues, and moved back into the top spot in Week 9 of the MLB Power Rankings.

The Cleveland Indians dropped one spot to No. 2, while the Boston Red Sox remain in the No. 3 spot for the second consecutive week. The St. Louis Cardinals moved up one spot to No. 4, while the Florida Marlins moved up three spots to No. 5.
