Rounds 3-10 of the Major League Baseball Draft were held Tuesday and many LSU notables had their names called.

Meanwhile, potential draftees from the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns will have to wait until tomorrow to see if they get a call.

Three senior LSU players, SS Kramer Robertson, 2B Cole Freeman and LHP Jared Poche were all taken, with Robertson going in the fourth round (124) to St. Louis and Freeman going nine picks later (133) to Washington.  Poche was taken by Oakland in the ninth round (261).

Junior catcher Michael Papierski was also taken in the ninth round, going to the Houston Astros with the 271st pick.

Three LSU signees will have decisions to make after St. Amant RHP Blaine Enlow was taken in the third round (76) by Minnesota and OF Jacob Pearson of West Monroe went to the Angels, also in the third round (86).  Junior college third baseman Andrew Bechtold of Chipola JC was taken in the fifth round (136) by Minnesota.

Former LSU pitcher Jake Latz, whose Tiger career was cut short by injury before transferring to Kent State, was taken in the fifth round (164) by Texas.

Southeastern Louisiana RHP Mac Sceroler was the first Louisiana collegian taken that wasn't from LSU, as the junior was tabbed by Cincinnati in the fifth round (137).

Cajuns' LHP Gunner Leger, RHP Wyatt Marks and OF Steven Sensley are among Ragin' Cajun hopefuls that will have to wait until tomorrow.  In addition, Teurlings Catholic SS Hayden Cantrelle, who was thought to be potentially selected in the top ten rounds, also was not selected on Tuesday, increasing the likelihood he'll be in a Cajuns' uniform next season.

The following players from the Sun Belt were selected:

Senior RHP Tyler Zuber (Arkansas State) 6th round to Kansas City, SR RHP Landon Hughes (Georgia Southern) 7th round to Atlanta, JR C Jared Barnes (South Alabama) 8th round to Miami, JR OF Billy Cooke (Coastal Carolina) 8th round to Seattle, SR RHP Alex Cunningham (Coastal Carolina) 9th round to San Diego, SR RHP Austin Gardner (UTA) 9th round to the Yankees, RHP Randy Bell (South Alabama) 10th round to Seattle and OF Jordan Wren (Georgia Southern) 10th round to Boston.
