The New Orleans Saints had made it clear they were frustrated with Delvin Breaux's penchant for being injured.

But now it's been revealed that one of Breaux's injuries was misdiagnosed, a finding that had led to the firing of orthopedists Derek Jones and Misty Suri.

Breaux had a fracture in his fibula that was originally diagnosed as a bruise. Breaux will undergo surgery and will miss four to six weeks. A source told espn.com there had been other instances of frustration with the medical staff in the past, and head coach Sean Payton was reportedly livid over the latest news.
