Apparently, one of the talented freshman on the LSU football roster is making the move from offense to defense.

Ray Parker, who signed with LSU as a tight end, and who spent the beginning of preseason camp at that position, worked with the defensive ends at camp on Tuesday.

A graduate of Ruston High School in Ruston, Louisiana, Parker caught 22 passes for 360 yards and three touchdowns during his senior season

The 6-foot-3, 255-pound Parker originally projected as an offensive tackle, where he was rated as the nation’s No. 14 prospect, and named to the 2018 All-USA Louisiana Football Team.
