The LSU Tigers are losing one of their defensive backs.

Junior cornerback Mannie Netherly announced on Monday that he has entered the NCAA transfer portal.

Rated as a four-star recruit coming out of Crosby High School in Crosby, Texas, Netherly was a part of LSU's 2017 signing class.

The 6-foot-3, 185-pound Netherly appeared in one game for the Tigers as a freshman, before recording three tackles in 11 games as a sophomore last season.
