Will LSU cornerback Greedy Williams be the first defensive back selected in the 2019 NFL Draft?

Lance Zierlein thinks there a pretty good chance.

The 6-foot-2, 175-pound Williams, who played his high school football at Calvary Baptist, was a first team All-SEC selection last season, becoming the first LSU freshman to be honored on the AP All-SEC team since 2011, and only the second since 1986.

A native of Shreveport, Williams, tallied 38 tackles and 6 interceptions in 2017.

Although only a sophomore entering 2018, Williams redshirted a season coming out of high school, which makes him eligible to declare for the 2019 NFL Draft.
