LSU running back Jeremy Hill has been formally charged for with misdemeanor simple battery for the bar fight he was involved in last April.

Hill, along with Robert Bayardo, were charged earlier today by the East Baton Rouge District Attorney's office. Both men allegedly punched the victim, Connor Baldridge, outside Reggie's bar last April.

Hill was LSU's leading rusher last season, clocking 755 yards and 12 touchdowns. He's currently suspended indefinitely, and his future status remains in question. Hill  is already on probation after his plea of misdemeanor carnal knowledge of a juvenile back in January 2012.
