Louisville sophomore guard Kevin Ware suffers serious leg injury against Duke during an Elite Eight match up on Sunday.

With 6:33 remaining in the first half, Ware attempted to block a three-pointer from Duke's Tyler Thornton. He elevated, then landed awkwardly as his leg buckled. He was rushed to the emergency room of a nearby hospital. Louisville's sports information department stated that Ware's leg was severely broken.

As you can see in the video, all of his teammates were emotionally effected by the injury. Head coach Rick Pitino, along with many other Cardinals can be seen wiping away their tears.

All of our hearts and prayers on this Easter Sunday go out to Kevin Ware. We wish you a full and healthy recovery young man.

Warning, this video is not for anyone with a weak stomach. It is one of the worst injuries ever suffered at a basketball game.
