The 2018 Rawlings Gold Glove nominees have been announced for Division One College Baseball and Louisiana had one of the four players tabbed for the award.

Second baseman Hunter Kasuls made the final four at second base but came up short when the voting was all said and done.

The University of Illinois's Michael Massey came away with the hardware as he committed just one error all season in 53 starts. He finished the year with an impressive .996 fielding percentage.

Kasuls on the other hand had himself a pretty darn impressive year of glove work as well. Much like Massey, Hunter made just one error this season in 260 chances, had 93 putouts, 166 assists, and helped turn 36 double plays.

Hunter Kasuls will be a senior next year and it'll be fun watching him out at the Tigue manning second base for this team again next season.
