Ben Miles, son of former LSU head coach Les Miles, announced yesterday on social media he would be transferring from Nebraska.

The key word in Miles' tweet is "schematically".

Nebraska fired former head coach Mike Riley following last season, and hired former UCF head coach Scott Frost.

Riley, who ran an offense that featured the fullback position, recruited Miles in hopes he would be the fullback of the foreseeable future for the Cornhuskers after he redshirted in 2017.

Frost's offense system does not even include a prototypical fullback position.

Ben Miles was a standout prep star at Catholic High of Baton Rouge, receiving scholarship offers from LSU, Navy, Boston College, Purdue and Michigan State, before accepting the offer from Riley to play at Nebraska.

He has not announced where he plans to transfer.
