LCA’s Billy Francis, Jr. Offered By Multiple Schools

A prep basketball standout from the Acadiana area has received an offer from a couple of programs outside of the state

Billy Francis, Jr., a guard from Lafayette Christian Academy, in Lafayette, received an offer from Missouri Baptist University, located in Creve Coeur, Missouri, over the weekend.

Shortly after, Francis then received an offer from East Texas Baptist, located in Marshall, Texas.

Missouri Baptist an NAIA school, and EastTexas Baptist, a Division III school, do not offer scholarships, but both can offer spots on their respective rosters.

The 6-foot-1, Francis, who transferred to LCA from a school in Arkansas prior to the 2018-2019 high school basketball season, is set to graduate next spring.
