LSU offensive coordinator Steve Kragthorpe has relinquished his position as offensive coordinator at LSU after being diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease.

Kragthorpe was entering his first year at LSU.  He will remain on staff as quarterbacks coach.

Offensive line coach Greg Studrawa will take over as the new offensive coordinator.  Studrawa is in his fifth season at LSU and is the longest-tenured assistant coach.  Studrawa has OC experience, having served in that capacity at Bowling Green State.

The change is effective immediately.
